User :   My mother is feeling pain and pressure in her middle lower part of the chest, with a slight numb sensation in her left arm - she's been feeling like that for a few hours, took some aspirin and vaben.Last week she had a vitrectomy + endolaser in her left eye (+Gas).Tomorrow she's seeing a doctor for the eye..Should we wait for tomorrow, or see a doctor right now? (I'm worried, because it sounds like the symptoms of a heart attack)
Please help me relieve her and my stress - thanks.
Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :   Dr
User :   hello.
Doctor :   I would advice you to take her to the ER now
Doctor :   and get an ECG right away
Doctor :   the pain is typical , have to rule out the heart involvement as she is in post op stress
User :   Thank you!
Doctor :   consult a cardiologist after ECG
User :   She feels a little sick as well, she has a bit of nausea and she feels the pain spreading a bit towards her stomach..
User :   she says she's been feeling this pain for 10 hours..
Doctor :   take her to the ER now
Doctor :   it could be unstable angina to a simple gastritis
Doctor :   but needs to be ruled out first with an ECG
User :   okay.. thank you very much! you're a life saver!
Doctor :   Get back to me after the procedure , we can have a discussion on it
Doctor :   Bye for now
User :   thank you. we're off. goodbye!
