User :   I just had pacemaker inplanted six weeks ago

User :   lanyway for years i have had pvc's 8 years ago had large volume thousand they put me on solatol
Doctor :   Do you smoke or chew tobacco/drink alcohol/Any illicit drugs/ betel nut chewing? If yes how much/how often and how long you have?
User :   it worked well until the dose cause my heart rate to get to low so they cut dose in half
User :   quit smoking eith years ago, no alchol, no drugs

Doctor :   Please mention about the Sleep, Stools and Appetite, any specific problems with them.
User :   pvc's rent back up to around 5000 a day unifocal
User :   I have sleep apnea use cpap

User :   appetite good, stools normal, am a diabetic no thyroid problems , high blood pressure but under good control

User :   betapace(solatol_ norvasc, micardis, starlix, actos, allpurinol, xanax, iron, arenesp, for anemia...........

User :   last cathy showed all stints good shape,

User :   when they down loaded my pacemaker today it showed 17 runs of 5 or more pvc's since dec 24th..................but the software was not able to tell us how many there were each time or when they specifically happened at this doctors office
User :   i had it down loaded on dec 24 and it showed i had had one run of 6 pvc's in the last five weeks

User :   my doctor did not seem to concerned i have heard these are ver dangerous are they or are they not
User :   I have always heard runs of these are very dangerous

User :   couold you explain why not
Doctor :   in fact if u worry then the anxiety might change the readings
User :   so u are telling me that runs like this v tach is not dangerous

Doctor :   till such time ur BP & Diabetes r under control
User :   my bp and diabetis are under control, but what does this have to do with my irregular arrythmias
Doctor :   even 5000 PVCs a day r considered NOrmal & not treated
Doctor :   since most PVC r non sustained
User :   not worred about the volume it is good now, now I am concerned with the runs,

User :   so you are sayihg the fact that they are non sustained pvcs are not dangerous, what would casuse them to become dangerous

User :   palpatations i have regularly, and i am short of breat sometimes also but no chest pains, or dizzyness
