Doctor:Good evening
Doctor:Please proceed with your query
User:As per the sonograraphy report there are poly cysts on ovaries and there is a bulky cervix. I want to understand implications and therapy.
Doctor:The implications would be irregular periods
Doctor:weight gain
Doctor:And a few more
Doctor:Therapy would depend on weather you want to conceive or not
User:Had met dr. Hyena. They suggested we do biopsy. There is a history of discharge in between the periods.
Doctor:You can do a biopsy
User:Dr. Gyneacologist
User:Can this be cervical cancer
Doctor:It is possible
User:What are other symptoms of that
Doctor:Symptoms are post menopausal bleeding
Doctor:excessive bleeding per vagina
Doctor:Inter menstrual bleeding
User:There are boils in uterus.
Doctor:They are the cysts
User:I see
User:So ovarian cysts and uterus cysts are same
Doctor:they are different
User:What's treatment for boils in uterus. Gynaecologist plans to burn those and do biopsy.
User:What is the biopsy on. What part is cut for sample.
Doctor:The treatment for the boils on uterus is burning them as said by the gynecologist
User:Could there be other reasons of bulky cervix
Doctor:The reason is a hyperoestrogenic state
Doctor:The boil or the cyst is cut
User:Can u explain that please
User:I see
User:I see
Doctor:Increase in estrogen causes increased stimulation of the cervix
Doctor:Increased stimulation of the cervix causes a bulky cervix
User:I see. So all bulky cervix are not cancerous
Doctor:No, they aren't
Doctor:Are you there?
Doctor:Are you there?
Doctor:Do you have more queries?
