for the last year 1 year i was staying in trivandrum and ate food from outside. I thing that i ve put on weight .

around 11 am, have 1 roti + sabji/ curd rice ( 1/2 bowl)
then around 1 pm , have the rest of your luncch
whatever you have
say 1 roti+ dal/sambhar+rice+vegetable
Around 4 pm, have boiled corn/poha/sandwich (without cheese and mayonnaise)
then around 7-8 pm, have dinner
similar to lunch
