User :   Dr., my Mother In Law has some proble with her legs.
User :   from past 4 days she is having severe pain in her left knee

User :   When she touches her left knee she feels hot

User :   She doesnt feel any pain when she sits.. but if she puts her feet on the floor or if she walks or stands she feels the pain

User :   If she stands for long time or walks, it get swollen
User :   if she sleeps and puts her leg in a min height the swelling reduces
