User :   The strangest thing is happening to me for the first time and I'm really worried. When I go to the bathroom - even if only for a wee, this oily brown/yellow discharge is coming out also - and it smells like feaces so it's obviously some sort of anal discharge. And when I wipe it's on the tissue. What can this be? And should I be worried? Please help

User :   yes I'm still taking the pill but also....another thing....yesterday I had some brownish vaginal discharge - like old blood that you usually get at the end of your period. Hence why I thought I was pregnant, but it carried on a little today (very light) so now I'm just totally confused.

Doctor :   ok. the anal discharge will need to further evaluated

User :   Yes, but I missed a pill about 11 days ago
User :   Should I go to ER about the anal discharge or can it wait until monday and I can go and see the dr?
User :   I have no idea how serious it is.....what are the possible causes?

Doctor :   if not then you can wait and get a check done on monday
User :   ok
User :   anything else i should look out for which could make it an emergency? And what are the possible causes? I know there must be many....
Doctor :   it could be hemorrhoids, rectal bleeding, for the anal discharge

Doctor :   if missed only 1 pill and taken it later, then chances are nil to minimal
User :   ok
User :   thank you so much
Doctor :   if missed more than 2 consecutive pills then chances are there
Doctor :   that you get pregnant
