User :   I feel drowsy every time and not able to concentrate on anything.
User :   seems i have no time for me

User :   any kind of exercise, from which i can start

Doctor :   you need to work out, go to a gym , start living a proper life, if stress at work is unbearable than you can think of changing
User :   but the same excersises daily..bored me
User :   and i got out from thet gym alos
Doctor :   cardio is the best exercise
Doctor :   dont do it daily
Doctor :   4 times a week is great

Doctor :   you need to work on a strategy, need to take things slow, its having a negative effect on you
