User:couple of times in 4 days, I observed blood drops in the rectum..
User:I guess that is due to over body heat, excretion is also quiet painful..
User:I took spicy curries, sambar and some similar foods for last 4dys

User:can u please suggest getting rid of this
User:im taking coconut water

User:I can say not 100%, but yes

User:some times I take 2-3 times to clear in a day
