Doctor :   During the moment where you are feeling tensed regarding the work you can follow breathing exercises which would divert your mind from the fear.
Doctor :   Here you can take deep breaths atleast for 5 mins or can count upto 20.
Doctor :   this would reduce the fear from your mind.
Doctor :   Other exercises which would help you is to hold your fist tightly for a min in which you would able to feel the pain in the wrist.
Doctor :   then relax the wrist to feel the relief.
Doctor :   Follow this for atleast 5 mins.
Doctor :   This too would help you reducing stress.
