Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Hi...
User :   Ok first of all
User :   I have OCD so i have a tendency to get paranoia out of a lot of things and in these days its about my health
User :   So I hope you understand :)
Doctor :   Ok, please proceed
Doctor :   yes, i do , I will try to help you here
User :   Anyway... inside my nose I suddenly noticed some white kind of blisters
User :   I think i have had them for a long time....
User :   They wont heal and they just make a scab or a crust
User :   What Im worried about is that it might be warts....I hope it is just an infection
Doctor :   Since when are you noticing the lesions ?
User :   well today I saw them with my own eyes but for several month maybe 6 month I have had a tendency of having more mucus than I used to and then these scabs/crusts
User :   but I just thought that it was like nose pickles or what they are called
User :   the surface of the crust is yellow...
User :   I know its disgusting
Doctor :   Ok,m do you see any growth around or over the lesions ?
User :   Could it be staphylococci
User :   Hmm....
User :   Thats hard to say
Doctor :   No , i do not think it to be either warts or Staph infection
Doctor :   staph will present with severe inflammation and pain
User :   It looks a bit raised
Doctor :   and warts in six months would have spread to encroach the other adjacent areas , and also its a site where the warts are rarely seen
User :   the area but i dont know if thats the way my nosewall shoul look like
Doctor :   how big are the lesions on an average ?
User :   3 mm
User :   I think
User :   Wouldnt the best thing be to see a picture of it?
User :   Do you think its some kind of infection then?
Doctor :   need not worry , i would ask you to take multivitamin supplements , the deficiency of which may result in defective mucous membrane growth resulting in such lesions
User :   I already take vitamin d and calcium
User :   Why wont it heal you think?
Doctor :   no , infection would be my last suspection , as 6 months is very long to present with no much symptoms
User :   it looks like a big bum
User :   Would it help if I took a picture?
Doctor :   there are numerous normal tubercles in the walls of the nose , you could have confused them for abnormal
Doctor :   is it possible for you send a image to my mail box ?
User :   Yes
User :   I just have to take the picture first
User :   How much time do I have left
Doctor :   yes, please send them
User :   Its no problem for me to pay more
User :   I just dont want to run out of time
Doctor :   Let me check how much time you have
User :   ok
Doctor :   you have more than 25 minutes you can try to send them now
User :   Ok U have to wait 5 minutes i havent taken them yet
Doctor :   if ran out of time you can get back to me by repaying the amount
User :   Ill be back here in 5 minutes
Doctor :   yes , sure i will wait
User :   Ok and you will be sure that I will get you
Doctor :   yes, for sure
User :   ok thanks I will try to take them
User :   bye for now
Doctor :   Ok,
User :   Ill come back here
Doctor :   Ok,
User :   Ok
User :   I dont know if it is too blured
Doctor :   have you sent it to mail box ?
User :   Its pretty hard to tak a picture of your self in the nose
User :   no 2 sec
Doctor :   i agree
Doctor :   Have you sent it ?
User :   Now i have
Doctor :   ok let me check
User :   I dont know if you can see anything at all on that
Doctor :   i have it let me have a look
User :   else I have to do it over again
User :   ok im back
Doctor :   Yes, lets continue
User :   yes
Doctor :   i had a look , yes they are blurred , but the site of the lesions do give me clue into the cause like fungal infection or due to multivitamin deficiency
User :   ok
User :   I think i will try to take a better picture
User :   Ok?
Doctor :   Fine ,
User :   ok ill be back
Doctor :   Ok, i will wait
User :   ok
User :   back
Doctor :   ok,
User :   well I dont think i can get it any clearer
User :   but what i cant say is that my skin around the hairsack is also lump
User :   it looks like the hairsack is infected
Doctor :   i agree , it may look so , but the hairsack infection ( folliculitis ) is a very painful condition
Doctor :   I suggest you to apply NEOSPORIN ointment over the lesion and also take multivitamin capsules one per day . try this for a minimum of a week and watch for difference
Doctor :   if you see any recovery , it means and supports the diagnosis
User :   NEOSporin
User :   ok...
User :   I have sent you a drawing of the hairsacks
User :   just so you know
Doctor :   If no changes you see , come on to the chat , and try to get a better picture in your leisure time , we shal have a discussion over it again
User :   So you dont think its any dangerous
User :   thing
Doctor :   ok , let me look at the drawings
User :   The drawing is a bit exaggerated
Doctor :   no , id o not think its dangerous , based on the symptoms you have associated with it
User :   but its to illustrate the point
Doctor :   ok ,
User :   Ok well thats a relief
User :   the area aound the hairsack is yellow pink....
Doctor :   ok,
User :   But that doesnt change your diagnose?
Doctor :   i had been through the diagram , it pushes me to say its normal , as the follicles ( hair sacs ) at that spot are bigger than other spots
Doctor :   and the yellow tinge is due to underlying cartilage
Doctor :   do follow my advice and observe the chnage
User :   Ok.... and the things inside the nose on the side wall further up the nose is connected to this state as well?
User :   they are also yellow but bigger and looks swelled a bit
Doctor :   its the cartilage giving that appearance
User :   and it has a yellow scab on it
Doctor :   Do not worry , Neosporin will take care if its infected hair follicle
User :   ok...well thank you very much
User :   Im a bit reliefed now
Doctor :   You are welcome
User :   So i can sleep at least ;-)
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me
Doctor :   kindly provide your feedback
User :   Its a good initiative you have taken here
User :   Where do I do that?
Doctor :   Thank you
Doctor :   you will be shown a feedback window after closing the chat
User :   Its a good thing for hypochondriacs like me :D
User :   Ahh ok
Doctor :   Oh ,
User :   Ok well thank you very much
Doctor :   Ok, Bye for now
User :   Ok bye
Doctor :   Take care
User :   you too :)
Doctor :   Wish you good health
