Doctor :   Hi
Doctor :   Dr XXX here'
Doctor :   How may i help you?
User :   I am having numbness with tingling (pins and needles) in both my hands. I have some soreness in my shoulder, but I am losing my sensation of touch in both my hands. Things are feeling all cool to the touch, and fabric especially is losing the sensation. Have I done nerve damage, and can it be reversed?
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   I have few more questions to help you better
User :   OK
Doctor :   Did you recently injure youshoulder/ arms
Doctor :   Your age?
User :   I did not injure it, but my shoulders are sore. I work on the computer all day, but have never had a problem like this. I am 32.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Then the most probable cause is due to improper work ergonomics'
Doctor :   When do you find the symptoms least in the day
User :   My sense of touch is very different lately, and I am not sure what to do. I am going to get a full massage tomorrow, but I worry about nerve damage. It is all day and night.
Doctor :   Did you take rest in a chair with your arms hanging
Doctor :   Then dont indulge in body massge
User :   No mostly typing and working with stylus pin.
Doctor :   Plz get examined by an neurologist if it stays day and night
User :   What can cause both hands to go numb?
Doctor :   We have to conduct a nerve conduction study to confirm any nerve damage or compression
User :   What do I tell them when i make the appointment?
Doctor :   Most probably in your case its nerve compression
Doctor :   Just explain your symptoms of numbness and tingling
User :   What is the best treatment? Or to lessen symtom tonight?
Doctor :   With decresed sensation
Doctor :   Rest with th eboth the arms elevated
Doctor :   Then apply soothing oil and give it a warm rub
User :   It started last week, have I waited to long? can there be lasting results?
Doctor :   Not harder just a milder massage
Doctor :   Yes at your age its always better results
User :   I am going for a Remedy Massage tomorrow with Epsom salt bath afterwards. Will that help?
Doctor :   start practising proper work ergonomics do relax inbetween work and strech yourself every two hours
Doctor :   I would rather advise not to
User :   Could it be anything else to worry about? Thyroids? I have been very tired lately too.
Doctor :   First get examined by a doctor and then proceed to massege after his advise
Doctor :   No
Doctor :   Its more related to nerve compression
