User :   my left thumb and first finger have been growing numb over more than a week do you think this needs immediate attention as I am out of the country

User :   if the numbnes sis bothersome and is affecting your daily life, then it is recommended to get it checked.

User :   over this past week has grown from thumb tip to include all of thumb and now finger
