User :   hello?
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   how can I help you?
User :   hi um just a quick question,
Doctor :   yes please
User :   I have a broken foot, jut a minor fracture in the bone beneath my ankle and it's been about month but I'm suddenly getting numbness and pain in my toes on the left side of my left foot, is that bad?
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   that is a bad sign
User :   it hurts when I walk or do anything besides sit, and it's been healing rather quickly and very well up until now
Doctor :   has the foot fracture been corrected?
User :   oh well what do you suggest, what does it mean?
Doctor :   the numbness indicates that a nerve is getting compressed
User :   not really, my orthopedist said it was in a very small insignificant bone and it shouldn't cause me any trouble but it seems to be doing just that
Doctor :   between two bones
Doctor :   ok
User :   I fell going down stairs and sprained my ankle pretty badly and fractured the foot bone
Doctor :   if he has told you that it is not a cause to worry
User :   they didn't give me much info but they said it was the small foot bone just infront of and under the ankle bump
Doctor :   then the best thing would be to trust him
Doctor :   and follow up with him
User :   well I haven't seem him since I broke it and the numbness is just starting now
Doctor :   ok
User :   alright well I plan to make an appointment tomorrow
Doctor :   I suggest that you follow up with him
User :   it's just hard because I have tricare and live in germany
User :   ok thank you, i was worried it was a very bad thing but you've eased my mind
Doctor :   since he has the of examining the foot
User :   i might be able to sleep now without worrying
Doctor :   yes
User :   ok thank you for your help
Doctor :   thats good to hear
