Doctor :   ok. as per the discussion so far, the change in bleeding pattern, suggests either hormonal abnormality or some internal problem.
Doctor :   since you were having periods before, this absence of periods is called as secondary amenorrhea
Doctor :   you should consider getting a complete evaluation done by a gynecologist that would include a thorough examination, blood and hormonal level tests along with an ultrasound scan to look for the underlying cause
Doctor :   if any abnormality is found in the results, treatment would be directed to correct it and restore your periods.
Doctor :   the discharge also might need to be tested to rule out infections as cause for the brown discharge and the absent periods
Doctor :   have you followed what I have said?
User :   yes
Doctor :   is there anything else you would like to ask me?
User :   how would i restore my hormone levels naturally?
Doctor :   if abnormality is detected, you will need to be given supplements for correction. natural sources have very less amounts of hormones, hence synthetic ones are used
