I dont get proper sleep in the night now a days ... Any remedy for this ...
Since when do you have this problem?
probably a month or so..
i do work out whenever i get time .. average 3 days a week ...
How old are you?
Do you drink any coffee/tea near bedtime?
i do travel very frequently as i handle the entire west for XXXXXXX in government vertical
The most important treatment is something called sleep hygeine

This means that you need to the following
First, fix a time to sleep and get up
Avoid napping in the day
Avoid the following 4-6 hours before bedtime
that is a challenge for me as i dnt follow a fix time to sleep... Usually post 11 pm
tea, coffee, alcohol. spicy and sugary foods
Exercise regularly but not just before bed time
Next, use the bed only for sleeping
Dont use it to work
Try and block all noise and light
They would help you relax
i do suffer from Nasal blocks very frequently and recently i took a prescription for the same from an ENT ...
that could contribute
