Hello Doctor, I am XXXXXXX
I have concern with sleep now a days
I sleep well for ~8 hours
but still I feel that I am not so fresh in the morning
I generally have a busy day and keep my dinner confined to 2 rotis
any suggestion here?
8 hours of sleep is good enough
I start feeling drowsy during the afternoons and by 9 30 pm i feel that i shoot hit the bed
You could probably do a physical workout for a healthy lifestyle
I do, I skip and jog for 5 km every day

do i need to work on my food habits
i eat very normal and limited food as well.

no i dont get time, so i do it in the evenings around 7pm
You could probably jog in the morning
That releases more endorphins and makes you feel good and fresh

I do not think anything needs to be changed there
i dont drink much water, so i started doing that as well from the time i noticed this lag in me
You just need to recheck and rearrange your tasks, so that you can be more fruitful at work and health wise
No, drinking lot of water is never a harm

It will wash away the toxins from the body
It is not the cause of your problem
I am sure, if you work out in the mornings, you will feel better
