User:Thanku, Dr. i delivered a baby last year
User:it's exactly 1 year 2days back
User:i'm unable to reduce my weight
User:i used to be very slim pre-pregnancy
User:when will i get back to that stage agian
User:i feel very guilty with the figure i have now
User:my hands, thighs and back part has increased, how will i get back to normal stage
