User:I am facing the problem in my right ear
Doctor:okay, what type of problem Mr. XXXX?
User:I am not able to hear properly from the ear
User:Some sound is always there in the ear

User:No I dont have such problem

Doctor:I feel the problem could be something to do with the inner ear or middle ear
Doctor:To find out the exact cause we will have to look into your ear and see if it is normal

Doctor:You should consult an ENT specialist
User:Any medicine till then you can suggest to put inside the ear
Doctor:Once we identify the cause we can treat you accordingly

Doctor:some times some kind of medicines may cause more problem

User:My sons ear is full of earwax
User:Which we are not able to remove my ear buds

Doctor:You can use ear wax solvents, but it is better to get him also to an ENT doctor to see how bad it is
