User:My nose is blocked and i feel little heaviness in my head

User:I am nose is not running but i feel sufocated as its blocked...i am feeling better when i apply vicks in my nose..And my head feels heavy... i have taken one Dolo 650 yesterday.still not feeling better
Doctor:Since when do you have the symptoms?
User:since yesterday
Doctor:Do you have a history of allergies?
Doctor:Do you have fever?
Doctor:You may try otrivin nasal spray
Doctor:It cannot be used for prolonged time
Doctor:You may use it whenever you have symptoms or two- three times a day
Doctor:It will temporarily bring down the nose blockage until you recover from it
User:is it because of cold ...i am have a blocking nose

Doctor:You can also try cetrizine tablet before bedtime for two days
