Till now I was eating well from 4th month onwards But from last few days my stomach is little upset. I took nutrolin B plus capsule twice daily for 5 days. and now I feel much better. But in between whenever I took milk my stomach started paining.
Before this I used to take two glasses of milk morning and night. And I was gaining good weight. But from last 2 weeks not gained any wait not losses also. But I am little worried as I know this is the time when baby will grow up by wwight. So now if my weight is not gaining how come baby will grow. So what I need to do?

also the food intake by you may not be sufficient for now

I already eating from beginning itself 5 almonds,4 walnuts, 2 figs in early morning. then 1 cup milk then break fast (veg poha/veg maggi/chhapati sabzi omlett) then 11AM some snacks then 1:30PM lunch with rice,dal,2 type of curry,curd, orange then evening two fruits(banana/pomegranate/strawberry/grapes) . then evening tea,biscuit. then dinner chhapati,one sabzi,dal, after 1 hour milk.
That is good, I see you are on good food items which do really help.Do step up on the quantity

Ok like spinach,methi,matth?
Yes, spinach and methi are good, do take them every day at-least in one meal
You can also take Protein powders like Nutrilite available in market
I would consider Nutrilite as a second option as they are processed.

You can take Porridge made of pulses powdered after being fried
I did it on 20th week
right that was already done, and report was fine. so when should I go for next
The scan has to be done by a experienced Radiologist
Thats good then, do monitor your weight for another 2 weeks by increasing the calorie and protein intake
If you see no weight gain in next two weeks, you may have to get the USG scan done
There may also be a need for Color Doppler scan done which determines whether the blood supply to the baby is good
