User :   I woke up with tingling hands. I thought they were asleep. Now an hour later they still feel the same. should I be concerned?

User :   im a little lightheaded is all .. but i dont know if its just due to nerves
Doctor :   in that case, it seems that ur symptoms of numbness could be due to long standing pressure on the arms
Doctor :   this is a benign and is described as neurapraxia
