User :   I am 16 years old and am experiencing a sexual issue that is adding a huge deal of stress to my life. I tried having sex for the first time over the summer and found that I got so nervous that i couldnt keep an erection. I got sweaty, shaky, and was worrying about losing it the whole time. Right now ive been with my new girlfriend for 3 months and i love her and we have tried to have sex a few times but ive resulted in doing other things for her because im too scared to penetrate.. i dont know what to do. Please help! is there medication i can take because all i keep hearing is that i need to calm down during sex and that its all in my head but that really doesnt help much because then it just puts the pressure on me to calm down and it makes it even worse. Theres been a couple times lately where ive relaxed and been ready but not even attempted it because im scared of the outcome. Ive discussed the problem with her and shes going to try to help but i really need a cure!
Doctor :   Ok
User :   yea.. its a pretty depressing problem
