User :   Hi I had my last period on 24 Jun 09. I dont always have regular periods but I have been regular my last couple cycles. I took a pregnancy test 8 days ago and it was negative, so I figured everything was good. I am having typical premenstrual symptoms, tenderness, fatigue, etc. However, about 3 days ago I started getting this cramping pain in my lower left abdomen that is unusual for me. I am not sure if I may possibly be pregnant and just had a negative test once or if it could be something else?
