User:ok...i am from pune city i would like to know about weight loss diet

User:yes they do...but wieght is a challenge, i feel once i manage that all prob will get over coz i was never obese i ahve put on

Doctor:the sugar rush , which occurs when u eat, helps to handle stress better

Doctor:1. the proper action, to correct the situation, and fix it
Doctor:2. to think that situation is bad and worry
Doctor:doing the second option, which every one does, results in worrying and further complicatiog the situation
