Doctor:Thyronorm supplement is the right treatment for hypothyroidism, however I feel the dose is low if the TSH value is indeed 33 (not 3.3micrIU/L).
User:oh okk..
Doctor:Please verify the results again and if needed please repeat the test.
User:Can u explain me abt diet
Doctor:Coming back to the diet; he should restrict the amount of cabagge, cauliflower, turnip, broccoli, spinach, peaches, pears, radish and so on.
Doctor:It can impair the natural production of thyroid.
User:what about pulses and milk and oil foods?
Doctor:Peaches, peanuts, strawberries are other foods to be avoided.
Doctor:The aformentioned diet have been proven to reduce thyroid production.
Doctor:Other food products do not have any significant effects on thyroid production.
User:aformentioned diet means?
Doctor:I mean the listed food production - those I mentioned above are to be restricted.
User:oh okk
User:Then about excerise ? and water intake?
Doctor:Make sure he only takes iodinized salt.
User:oh sure
Doctor:Exercise and water intake have roles in reducing weight,
Doctor:but these don't have any significant effects as far as improving hypothyroidism is concerned.
Doctor:The most important factor while managing hypothyroidism is concerned is taking medications regularly and at strict times.
Doctor:For maximum benefits, he needs to take them the first thing as he gets up.
Doctor:On empty stomach is preferable.
