The first thing is dietary modification and the second part is exercise
You would need to exercise for atleast 50 minutes 5 days a week
This can be a brisk walk, jog, anything you prefer

also, I would prefer it if you have small meals every 3-4 hours
Stay away from oil, sugar, fried and junk food
dinner time can't be fixed.. bcoz I reach by 8:30 or 9:00
Have it as early as possible
