Doctor :   hi
User :   hi
User :   my baby is one month old and has a rash well its more like red dots on her bottom and genitals, she doesnt seem in pain when they are touch when we are changing her, shes never had this before and its not spreading anywhere else
Doctor :   which part of body she has this rash
User :   on her bottom and her genital
Doctor :   it could be nappy rash
Doctor :   mostly like due to allergy or fungal
User :   whats that ? how do i treat it ?
Doctor :   u need to consult pediatrician
User :   is there anything i can do at home to help it
Doctor :   best remedy is to keep your baby clean and dry by changing her nappy frequently
Doctor :   If the weather is warm and she can play outside on a clean playing mat or in a room with a well-mopped floor, leave her nappy off for as long as possible to allow the air to speed up the healing process. You could also remove her nappy while she is taking her nap -- but do remember to put a protective sheet under her bottom
Doctor :   try switching disposable nappies, strong scented or alcohol based wipes, and detergents to fragrance and additive-free brands: they'll probably clear up the problem if the nappy rash is allergy-based
