User:I havent oberved any symtomps as such
User:no medication
Doctor:Let me brief you.
Doctor:There are 2 possible causes I can think of:
Doctor:1. Due to vigorous exercises sometimes the nipple area can rub against the shirt causing irritation.
Doctor:This irritation can lead to inflammatory changes responsible for the soreness and redness.
Doctor:This is described as runner's nipple.
Doctor:It reduces with rest and avoiding exercise.
Doctor:You can also take some antiinflammatory analgesics like paracetamol.
Doctor:I think this should be available as Tylenol or tylenol pain relief in south american countries.
Doctor:Twice or thrice a day for 3-5 days.
Doctor:2. Cause could be that this may be a sign of infection.
Doctor:Watch out for worsening of symptoms, appearance of lump, discharge from breast, fever and other focal skin changes
User:I searched for cause 1(runner's nipples) on internet ,The images are very similar to my condition moreover I am only running in gym
Doctor:if you have them, you need to see a doctor there
User:no lump or discharge yet.
Doctor:and you will need antibiotic treatment in such a case.
User:as you mentioned tylenol
User:I need to search for drug store here and get that
Doctor:Just watch the progress of the symptoms and avoid gymming for a while.
User:I have crocin,Combiflam and disprin
User:does any of these makes sense
User:meanwhile I dont get tylenol
Doctor:If the symptoms worsen or fresh symptoms develop see a doctor.
Doctor:You can take Combiflam twice a day after food.
User:Thank you very much
Doctor:Hope you have followed.
Doctor:Thanks for consulting me.
Doctor:Bye for now.
