User :   Hello I have been feeling a minor twitching by my heart area. I dont if its a muscles spasm or the heart but i have no trouble when i breath or my arm doesnt hurt i am fine. I just want to know what this can be

User :   i am a male 26 years old,NY, i dont work, not married 5'0 133lbs
User :   no pain just like when you have like a twich in your eye something like that
