User :   I am having many random health issues. the most concerning is that my body cannot handle digesting anything more than fruits and veggies.

User :   I had a partial hysterectomy two years ago

User :   one ovary remains and I still have a cycle
User :   my food problems seem to get increasingly worse at the start of my cycle
Doctor :   May I know your age, number of children & any other illnesses that you suffer?
User :   30, no children, one pregnancy, I have cysts on the remaining ovary
User :   sinus bradycardia, cysts in kidney/liver
Doctor :   What was the indication for hysterectomy?
User :   adenomyosis, right ovary was attached to the uterus
User :   2005 I had chocolate cyst, fibriod, and endometriosis removed
User :   the pain never went away from 2005
User :   and I continually develop bleeding cysts
Doctor :   When was the last review of your conditions?
User :   OBGYN wants me back on birth control, which does not work
User :   and the cysts
User :   I have so many symptoms it is hard to go to one DR
User :   no one knows what to do with me
User :   I have low thyroid, anemia, bp, heart rate, temperature

User :   mainly because everything hurts. the only time I feel good is when I do not eat

User :   not really
User :   i know they are there
User :   the urologist showed them to me on a CT scan with contract

Doctor :   Take all your files or I guess there is good information system in your country, where are you from?

Doctor :   First visit a Surgeon, as cysts are taken care of by them
Doctor :   He will send a reference to the Internal medicine department
User :   the OBGYN does not want to do surgery
Doctor :   There is no rule that only if you are willing to get surgery done that you must visit a

User :   so, internal medicine then?
Doctor :   The team of surgeons & physicians could do this

User :   internist, cardiologist, neurologist, urologist, gynecologist
User :   all specialities
Doctor :   You have been to all these?
User :   yes
Doctor :   At a medical school?
Doctor :   Go there
User :   what department do I start at?
Doctor :   Since you have a multisystem problem, & your case may need some research, you could start off with the Internal medicine dept

Doctor :   If they feel that its a surgical case, then they will refer you to the Surgeons
