User :   I've noticed a very movable lump under my tongue, and have had abdominl pains for 3 days now

User :   only today, i noticed it was quite rough this morning under my tongue then noticed the lump underneah, ive become a bit of a hypchondriac, i cant help inspecting myself constantly
