User :   I have mouth ulcer...can you please help me on this?

User :   From childhood

User :   I have purchased only trial please give me solution as soon as possible

User :   it is a red patch that appears frequently and it gives so much pain. Even i can not speak and eat.
Doctor :   There are many causes of ulcer as improper diet, lack of nutrition, stress, anemia etc.

Doctor :   1)Take Cobadex tablet once daily for few months.
Doctor :   2)Avoid spicy, oily food intake
