Doctor :   hi
User :   Hello
Doctor :   how can i help you
User :   I wanted to ask about a possible cancerous mole
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   proceed
User :   was washing my hair yesterday and i noticed a mole on my scalp, i knew it was there anyway but i couldn't remember what it used to look like, so i didn't no whether its appearence was normal or not. It was brown around the outside and bright white in the middle - the white part has nothing to do with the fact that hair was growing there because the brown part had hair too.
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   it might be a normal mole
Doctor :   what is your age?
User :   how are you to know?
Doctor :   and gender
User :   oh im 15
User :   and female
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :   DO one thing
Doctor :   you have to observe it over time
User :   yes?
User :   okay
Doctor :   if you find any change in color
Doctor :   or contours of that mole then only it needs attention
Doctor :   otherwise you can ignore it
User :   oh okay thats a relief
User :   Thank you for your time
Doctor :   irregular contours and discoloration are signs for malignant change
Doctor :   ok
