you can redo a home pregnancy test or can get a ultrasound scan of the abdomen to confirm the pregnancy status

if she is found pregnant than as she is in early weeks of pregnancy, the pregnancy can be terminate with medicines
User :   ok
User :   Coz I had a doubt if the spotting was implantation bleeding

Doctor :   medications are not harmful
User :   ok
User :   Would you know what is the reason for the spotting? or not having her chums on time
Doctor :
it needs ultrasound to know whether the spotting is implantation or not
User :   ok
User :   and how much would it cost
User :   any general idea
Doctor :
if not it may be the irregular menstruation as she is having thyroid problem also
Doctor :   ultrasound abdomen is around 500 to 750 rs
User :   she also undergoes a lot of stress
User :   job related
Doctor :   ok
User :   And lately in the past few months her cycles have not been reguler
Doctor :
hypothyroid and stress all together will impair the menstrual cycle
User :   Ok
User :   I will ask her to get a home test done again
Doctor :   from the history provided and the urine test being negative
User :   Hmmm alright
Doctor :
it is very unlikely that she is pregnant
