User :   I have very minor pains in my knees, if I stand for over half hour. I can easily ignore this pain. I want to know what steps I shoud take to prevent major problem in future

User :   SInce past few months, but it is a very minor and only when I stand for long hour
User :   Weight reduction is what I am trying by brisk walk for 45 minutes in past few months. is there any other way?
