User :   I am having slight pain in my legs due to work out at Gyn

User :   Just to let you know .. I am not a regular Gym visistir ... howver, recently have joined.
User :   But from last 2 days ... I am having this paina nd can't work out now.
Doctor :   how long have u been working out in the gym ?
User :   around half an hour
Doctor :   Working out in the gym, once in a blue moon and working out excess than needed can cause muscle soreness
Doctor :   this is fairly common
User :   hmm ... how much time shd I spend ?
Doctor :   and nothing to worry about
User :   And any particular precaution ?
Doctor :   regular workout for 45 min - 1 hr would be good, but u have to increase the workout over time and begin with low grade workouts
Doctor :   For the pain you have take some crocin 650 mg for the pain and apply icepacks to the affected areas and u will be fine
Doctor :   do not over do any excercise
