Doctor :
from the photo and the description provided it seems like milder form of eczema.
Doctor :
you will need a physical examination done to see a Dermatologist.
User :   ok. can someone else get it from me? my husband seems to have the same thing just not as intense
Doctor :   *i mean you need to see a dermatologist for a examination and complete treatment
Doctor :
in the meantime you may follow this
Doctor :
may i know your age and location?
User :   im 23 and i live in california
User :   central valley
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
1) Claritin lotion application on the itchy region
Doctor :
twice a day
Doctor :
2)use a mild soap for dailycare
Doctor :
like Neutrogena body lotion
Doctor :   3)apply moisturiser to keep your skin moist and hydrated.
User :   ok that makes sense i was using eurcerna (spelling bad sorry) a dry oil body wash and that hepls a lot with the itching
Doctor :   4)Avoid excessive scratching
User :   and also there intensive itching lotion
Doctor :
to avoid aggrevation
User :   ok. thank you. do you know why i would be brusing so bad?
Doctor :
the colour change is part of the condition.
User :   oh ok. that would be why they dont hurt lol thank you :)
Doctor :   Eucerion is insufficient for the present condition
Doctor :
infact you may require topical steroid cream to control the situation better.
Doctor :
since these are prescriptoin medications,
Doctor :
only your Dermatologist will be able to do so.
User :   is it possable to see my regular dr until i can go to a dermatologist....like will he be able to do anything for me?
Doctor :
yes
Doctor :
he will also be able to help
User :   ummmmm.....dr........i am finding eruptions now......it just oozed on my wrist
Doctor :
he will be able to provide you symptomatic relief and can also refer to a dermatologist.
User :   its a clear fluid
User :   ok
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
its a part of the condition
User :   ok just making sure
Doctor :
this condition can also cause itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding.
User :   ok. any ideas on how i could have gotten it?
Doctor :
It is allergic in nature
Doctor :
we call it delayed hypersensitivity reaction in medical terms.
Doctor :
did you follow what i say?
User :   i do.
Doctor :
is there anything else i can help you with?
User :   actually there is one more thing
User :   i get seriously bad headaches i saw a specialist and she gave my 2 meds one was imtrex which put me into sevre pain i couldnt move. and the other is topiramate i take this twice daily. i dont know if its all working cause im still getting bad headaches and dont have another dr appointment for 2 more weeks.......any advice?

since when are you having this?
User :   um its been about a year. i was put into the hospital dec 08 with sever pain and they did a spinal tap and gave me some pain killers. its been an ongoing problem since then
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :   which side of the head is the pain?
User :   its in both of my temple areas
Doctor :   can you describe the kind of pain?
Doctor :   like throbbing or just an simple ache?
User :   sometimes its a dull pain that last through out the day other days it feels like im being stabbed in the brain. it can be very painful and no amount of dark or quiet will remedie it.
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
do you have blurring of vision/nausea vomiting/dizziness??
User :   i will get dizzy, nausea, not blurred vision but i will see floating specs of light almost....its hard to explain what it looks like but specs of light seems the best i can descibe
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
it seems like a chronic headache syndrome
Doctor :
probably due to migraine or stress induced
User :   chronic headache syndrome? what is that? and how can i make it stop?
User :   i do have a lot of stress
Doctor :   ok
Doctor :
if imitrex is not helping you, you may take Tylenol or Advil
Doctor :   continue topiramate as advised by the doctor
Doctor :
this headache is a chronic condition and will take sometime to control
User :   yes the imitrex just made it way worse i take excedrin that seems to take thepain from the dull headaches but the more painful ones seems unchanged by any med i take here at home
Doctor :
ok
Doctor :
you will need some strict stress relieving measures
Doctor :
such as: Doctor :   Regular and adequate sleep
Doctor :
Maintain a healthy dietry .
Doctor :
habit
