User :   Im getting these weird symptoms: *numbness/pins and needles in head for around a minute. Followed by pins and needles in calves.
*cold/wet dripping feeling in head/inner ear.
*spacing out
*Trouble sleeping
*Head numbness symptoms get worse if I have a cigerette.

User :   Im getting the head numbness again actually, its around the front though this time
User :   Just started today, havent found much information on the internet.

User :   I am 24, Female, live in XXX, work in XXX Im 5'4" and around 8 stone.
User :   I have very mild cerebral palsy which doesnt effect my day to day life.

User :   I have ear popping from time to time in my left ear.

User :   I also experienced the feeling of 'cold sweats' but I wasnt actually sweating.
User :   Been smoking since I was 18, around 5 a day.
Doctor :   the nicotine in cigarettes causes vasoconstriction which could be responsible for all your symptoms
Doctor :   how many cigarettes do you smoke per day now?
User :   5
User :   Why am I only getting these symptoms now?
Doctor :   ok. the effects of nicotine in the body increases with time, so with chronic use the symptoms appear
Doctor :   i would suggest you to have an evaluation done by a neurologist
User :   Ok.
Doctor :   and stop having cigarettes and see if the symptoms improve

User :   I thought it might have been something to do with my cerebal palsy, it might get 'worse' with age or something.
User :   So I was a bit worried.
Doctor :   so you have to have patience in that. maintain a well balanced diet and incorporate multivitamin supplements especially thiamine. (vitamin B1)
User :   Yeah, ill do that.
Doctor :   the high nicotine can affect the cerebral palsy though
User :   ok, thanks for your advice :)

User :   Yep, Ill stop smoking, take vitamins and make an appointment with the neurologist
