Doctor :   Regular exercise is very effective in lowering blood pressure in all age groups.
Doctor :   The prescribed anti-hypertensives should be regularly used without fail.
User :   my age 36 years, BP was 205 two months back, now on meducines ,but still it is 135/90
Doctor :   Salt should be restricted. That means that extra table salt should not be added and pickles and very spicy food containing lots of salt should be avoided

Doctor :   Regular Cardio exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr for 5 days a week.
