User :   I am the elder one in my family with two brothers.
Doctor :   Otherwise are you fit enough?
User :   They are also very lean.
Doctor :   Like can you run for 30 minutes

User :   My father is lean and my mother is fat.

User :   I always use to walk for so long distance

Doctor :   The weight depends on two major factors, genetic and environmental

User :   I am a employee of BPO company. And use to have my food in different timings.

User :   My work timing is from 2 pm to 12 am
Doctor :   Ok, please explain me your diet schedule and exercise schedule

User :   But i use to have some food whenever i feel hungry.
User :   I wont do any excercise.
Doctor :   Ok, follow my recommendations for a month and see

Doctor :   1) First of all fix up the diet timings. You might want to use your mobile alarm to do that
Doctor :   2) Diet includes both meals and snacks
Doctor :   3) Follow 3 meal and four snacks per day kind of schedule
Doctor :   3 meals include BF, Lunch and Dinner
Doctor :   Snacks, Mid morning, Mid evening, Late Evening, Night snack
Doctor :   The timings can generally be this way
Doctor :   Get up by 8AM in the morning, Coffee and Biscuits
Doctor :   Do some stretches, A simple exercise like Suryanamaskara which will stretch all your muscles and helps for your daily work too

Doctor :   Breakfast can include, Cheeze sandwich, Dosa, Poori, Upma/Poha with Milk with Proteinex
Doctor :   11.30 - 8 Nuts ( Cashew or Almonds or Pistachios)

Doctor :   I prefer you have home made lunch at around 2PM
Doctor :   Lunch is your usual, Roti & Rice with Vegetable(any), Dal (any), Sambar, Curd and dessert

Doctor :   4.30 PM is the First evening snack, Cookies with Tea / Coffee
Doctor :   6.30 PM is the Late evening snack - Creamy soup with side dish

User :   By 8:30 PM, home prepared.

Doctor :   Sleep should be 7 hours a day
User :   I do have problem in sleeping.
User :   I will not get sleep immediately i go to bed. It will take some time.
Doctor :   Go for a walk if possible before you sleep, take a warm shower after walk
User :   Ok.
Doctor :   Put good fragrance in the room.
Doctor :   Put dark colored window curtains
Doctor :   and light colored bed sheet
Doctor :   Solve out all the other disturbances that you have for your sleep
Doctor :   like mosquitos, bed lights etc

User :   Right from my smaller age, i use to think much. This is one of thr reason which wasl also followed even when i go to sleep.

Doctor :   Buy a pack of GRD Biscuits available at any General store or pharmacy
User :   What for the biscuit is?
Doctor :   Protein biscuits
User :   Hmmm Hmmm...
Doctor :   Good to have a banana and after 15 minutes two biscuits
Doctor :   Frequent snacking is the key
Doctor :   for weight gain
Doctor :   Now coming to the choice of food
Doctor :   choose dairy products, fish and meat over bread
Doctor :   Choose Egg over Vegetables
Doctor :   Eat foods with high protein content such as beans, pulses and peas,
Doctor :   and foods with high starch content such as potatoes, rice and tapioca.
Doctor :   Consume a lot of high-calorie snacks (not junk food) such as cheese sticks
Doctor :   milkshakes, dried fruits
Doctor :   When it comes to fluids per day
Doctor :   Choose Milk, Fruit juices and energy drinks
Doctor :   If you have all these, then you should get into muscle building program to build muscles
Doctor :   It takes a long time for you to gain weight, but be very regular in your activity and diet
Doctor :   Stick to the planned timings
