User:I had met with an accident last thrusday
User:I have got stitches below knee reigon
User:My bone was visible
User:I got 3 stitches inside and 4 outside
User:I am on bed rest till now
User:I want to confirm, how much time wil it take to open my stitches

Doctor:Stitches are generally removed after 5-10 days. However if the wound was large, it can stay for a little more than 2 weeks.
Doctor:The medicines given to you are antibiotic. Continue them to prevent infection.
User:Okay. the size is 4*2 Cm
Doctor:The size is not very big, I think you can get it removed after a week; provided the healing is healthy.
