User :   Hi! I'm 45 years old. I have been experiencing shorter cycles some months and longer cycles other months. I have been bleeding heavier on days 2-3 than normal. Now I have skipped three cycles in a row. Can I assume to put my mind at ease that this is the beginning of perimenopause? Be gentle as I have high anxiety about health issues!
