User :   i am having a sharp chest pain in the middle of my chest

Doctor :   What is your age, gender and height and weight?
User :   28, male, 5'9 and approx 85kgs
Doctor :   Do you smoke or take alcohol?
User :   i dont smoke and occasionally drink alcohol
Doctor :   Since when you have this pain in the centre of the chest?
User :   this morning only
Doctor :   is it pointed or more than an area which covers the fist of your hand
User :   yes
Doctor :   Is it pointed?
Doctor :   Where exactly?
User :   yes. it feels like a sharp pain in the middle
Doctor :   Was it a sudden catch or gradually increasing?
User :   it was sudden but now it wont go away
Doctor :   Did it start after your bed or after breakfast?
User :   i didnt eat breakfast
Doctor :   So after bed?
User :   when i got up this morning
Doctor :   Did you have a bout of alcohol last evening?
User :   no i didnt have any alcohol last night

User :   no i havent
Doctor :   Did you ever had similar symptom in the past?
User :   no ive never had this before
Doctor :   I think you can first take OTC antacid like TUMS
User :   ok
Doctor :   Do you exercise regularly?
Doctor :   When does the pain increase in severity, what movements etc?
User :   no not really but im very active at work
User :   it gets worse no matter what movements i do
Doctor :   Do breathing increase it?
Doctor :   Does*

Doctor :   What is the grade of severity on the scale of 1 to 10?
User :   6
Doctor :   Ok, I think it is non specific pain which has no relation or reason
Doctor :   You can take TYLENOL double strength after food, twice a day for one day
Doctor :   TUMS before food, thrice a day for a day
User :   ok.
User :   so i can take tums and tylenol at the same time?
Doctor :   No
Doctor :   Give a gap of 2 hours
Doctor :   That is why TUMS, 30 minutes of food
Doctor :   before food
Doctor :   see if it helps in releasing the pain
Doctor :   TYLENOL double strength 1 hour after food
Doctor :   If they do not get better then you have to walk in a clinic
Doctor :   and get an examination done by the Doctor
Doctor :   Right?
