User :   i do have some black spot son my face

User :   pls suggest me how to cure them

User :   in fact initally it startded as smal rash & then turned to spots

Doctor :   Ok, as per your description they appear to be black heads, precursors for acne
Doctor :   You should remember not to squeeze them as they get infected and form holes over the face

Doctor :   You can use SALILAC face wash thrice a day and dab with dry and soft towel after washing

Doctor :   Let the face cream stay on face for couple of minutes before you wash them off
