Doctor :   Please follow the following steps : Doctor :   1.Hot water fomentation daily twice.
Doctor :   2. Kamillosan ointment daily twice , morning and evening.
Doctor :   3. Tab. Dolo 650mg. daily thrice.
Doctor :   4. Tab.Brufen400mg. if pain becomes unbearble.
Doctor :   5. If after 3 days it doesnt subside than you have to start Antibiotic treatment or if it grows to big , might require a drainage.
