User :   Doc, more than my weight i want to come out of my laziness. since i work in shifts, i sleep in odd timings and i hardly like to spend much time out side on my weekends
User :   Physiotherapy? where and how?
Doctor :   The laziness could be due to inadequate sleep
Doctor :   you should visit a physiotherapist and get the exercises from him. They are better explained under guidance.
Doctor :   When you sleep, make sure that the room is dark, with minimum noise. If that is not possible, try to wear eye blinds.
Doctor :   Try to avoid a lot of coffee and ean after 4 pm and especially when you are in your night shift.

User :   I watch TV till 3:00 AM in day shift (i work from 1 PM to 10:30 PM) come home at 11:30 PM. When in Night shift i work from 10 to 6:30 AM and come home at 7:30 AM
User: i forgot to ask you, i drink only coffee in office and i smoke 8-12 cigrattes per day
User :   sorry its tea in office and coffee in home
Doctor :   I suggest that you discuss with your employers to give you a single shift and not to change your shifts frequently.
User :   I am working as a XXX, i handle team of around 150+ employees who work in both the shifts and i have to be there but still i manage to work in alternate shift rather than working in midshift.
Doctor :   Try to keep your shifts regular.
Doctor :   A single shift would be ideal for your health.
Doctor :   Try to avoid coffee and tea and restrict the number of cigarettes.
User :   it changes every week and i have been working in this shifts from 8 years. Also, i had never taken leave for 8 years, i maintained 100% attendance for 8 years and from couple of months i started taking leaves
Doctor :   Proper rest with a regular diet will help you overcome the laziness
Doctor :   Exercise also will reduce the stress and strain associated with the job.
