User : since november of last year my weight has come to a stand still, now as the summer is here my weight seems to be dropping a bit and my clothes no longer fit me

User : in the morning i have two slices of toast and butter and a banana, then i have a 30m calogen, at lunch i have a toasted cheese sandwich and a yogurt and a ensure, at dinner i have a fried egg and chips or a pizza or a baked potatoe and beans and then a bowl of icecream and a 30 m calogen and ensure then before bed i have a small applecake and a pedisure and 30m calogen
User : now im cutting back on one ensure and instead im taking an enshake

User : im not very active all i do all day is sit untill i walk my dog for 20 minutes at night
Doctor : You must eat a king size brekfast
User : i find it hard to eat large amounts due to getting full, iv always eaten around that amount and its always caused weight gain, but now it isnt working!
Doctor : Add more meat, milk & milk products, proteinaceous vegetables-beans, peas, etc to your diet
User : how about fruit/nuts/ flaxseed?

User : would u recommend weigth lifting at my weight
