User :   I am having a hard heart beat and it is very painful

User :   19, 5'8 180 lbs

Doctor :   The reason is probably a panic attack, there is nothing to worry about.
User :   and i also feel a pulse on the right side of my stomach

User :   there is no burning

Doctor :   Then I suggest that you take some bland food and lie down for some time

Doctor :   Also, take deep breaths for 5-10 minutes
Doctor :   and stay calm
Doctor :   Food without any grease, spice
User :   It is kind of hard to take deep breaths when I am already having trouble breathing

Doctor :   The breaths must be taken slowly and steadily.
User :   about a month ago

User :   i was told to stop drinking caffine

User :   and i havent touched it at all
Doctor :   I suggest that you lie down quiet for some time and follow my advice and

Doctor :   you can consider getting a check up
