User :   ok
Doctor :   The symptoms that you have are explained by spondylosis, but there could be a component of depression and anxiety contributing to your symptoms.
User :   ok
Doctor :   Exact treatment will be decided by the findings we notice on xray's and or scans.
Doctor :   You may have to consult an orthopedician who can guide you with these tests.
Doctor :   Apart from this,
Doctor :   I recommend the following
Doctor :   1. Adequate rest when ever you are in severe pain.
User :   ok
Doctor :   2. Local antiinflammatory measures such as volini gel applications, local heat applications
Doctor :   3. Back strengthening exercises
Doctor :   4. Regular physiotherapy
Doctor :   5. Avoid lifting heavy weight.

Doctor :   6. Use oral anti inflammatory medications such as tab. Ibuprofen 200mg twice daily after meal for 3-5days, whenever you are in severe pain.
