Doctor :
do you have pain in your knee?
User :   none
Doctor :
ok
User :   last 2007 a doctor said that my left knee has no reflex
User :   they let me had MRI and MRA of the brain but it was normal
Doctor :
since your symptoms are more in the knees, the nerve which is effected is mainly the l4 and l5.
Doctor :
since MRI shows compression of l4 and l5
Doctor :
that needs to be treated for relief of the symptoms.
User :   only my right knee is weak, but my complain because of pain are both of my thigh
Doctor :
you will have to see a neurosurgeon or spine surgeon.
User :   anything cold touches it it feels like it literaly burning inside
User :   what does the MRI says?
Doctor :
that is because of the different nerve root compression.
Doctor :
MRI says that you have multiple nerve compression with protrusion of the disc.
User :   oh... what might be the possible treatment with like my case?
Doctor :
treatment needs different modalities
User :   doctor what does protrusion means?
Doctor :
like Bed rest, Back muscle strengthening exercises
User :   what causes something like this? is this curable?
Doctor :
protrusion means something coming out from a abnormal location which was situated normally previously.
Doctor :
i will answer all your query,
User :   thank you
Doctor :
let me finish with the treatment first.

Doctor :
Muscle strengthening exercises are important for adequate support.

Physiotherapy also plays a important role.

so physiotherapy should be done with adequate rest.

some of the degenerative changes need to be treated with other modalities of treatment

which can include medical and surgical process.
